To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received. It should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Our return policy is valid for seven (7) days from the date of delivery. If the seven-day period has passed, unfortunately, we won't be able to process a return.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within the 7-day return window. They can do this via email and filling out the return request form or just get in touch with Purple’s customer support via phone.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item's safe and timely return.
- In case of a defective or incorrect product received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the item passes the inspection, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
